It is my pleasure to recommend Eric Stevan Immanuel Nasution for admission to scholarship at Oxford University Medical School. 

I'm Aisyah Najma, a teacher at SMAN 3 Bandung. I have 10 years of experience as a high school teacher, and I've been Eric's homeroom teacher for 3 years, since he was in 10th grade. He is one of the most outstanding student among his classmates, and even among the students that I have ever taught. 

Eric has a number of strengths. He always shows good behavior and stands out in a few aspects. Eric also always shows a huge interest in Biology subject, so that's why he really want to pursue his dream, to be doctor. His huge ambition and interest also supported by several behavior that he always shows such as hard-working, humble, diligent, and likes to help each other. His performance often getting praised by every teacher. Not only having a good scores, he also really active during every classes. 

Different from his classmates that tend to be quiet during early first semester, Eric already really active in classes and also trying to be friends with everyone with no doubt. He also have high sense of initiative at class, especially at Biology class. His interest is also accompanied by his capability and his behavior. Therefore, he always got high score at Biology, his exam score and also his attitude score. One thing that also impress me about Eric, as I told earlier he also has a great social skill and soft skill. Despite his great ability in academic, he also part of school organization (OSIS) but it didn't affect his performance at class. He has many friends from other class, seniors, teachers, school staff, and even alumnus. 

I personally think, being a doctor isn't only good in academics or exam. He/she also must be have a good attitude, high sense of empathy, initiative, and also few mores soft skills. I could see Eric is a potential student to be a real doctor that all people all around the world needs in the future. Being a medical student is his first step to accomplish his dream and noble ambition. He choose to learn at the best medical school is really a big step. I really want to support him so that I write this recommendation letter, so I hope you do too.
